Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of SJR 17 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17 Welcoming the Arctic Council Task Force for Arctic Marine Oil Pollution Preparedness and Response to the state for its March 2012 meeting and urging the task force to use its time in the state to inform and inspire the work of the task force. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SJR 17 pass the House?"
